Eve of Christmas.
It's just so unbelievable to think how near we are to closing 2014. We're literally a day away from a new year. I just get so manic because not only are we starting a new year, it is also almost my birthday and my blog's anniversary. Early next year would all be celebrations for me. Anyway, I have already accepted the fact that I won't be able to post everything before 2015 so I'm just going back to the normal blog pace I do. No more everydays for me. Furthermore, this was my outfit last Christmas eve, decided to feel like I was in a region where it's always cold and threw this chunky sweater over. Nothing does feel warmer than a hug of your own sweater.
"I know Philippines is not a country for sweaters, but you just can't let this sweater pass!" this has been my usual line whenever I post an outfit with sweater. But really, would you say no to a sweater like this? I am certain I wouldn't. I am obviously not the dress-for-the-weather type because basing it on the layers and the sweaters I've had as an outfit, would you still think I'm being practical? though it's where I feel most comfortable at. Moreover, for the holiday I just went and celebrated with some of my friends (Say hello to some Disney friends!). I scored this sweater at a thrift shop some time ago and knew instantly I needed to have this. I just love that it's not like any sweater I own, it's purple and it has a turtleneck. It has Minnie, Mickie, and Pluto too. Paired the sweater with this pegged pants I haven't worn in such a long time. Kept the palette on the blues. A little Blue Christmas going on for me. Also decided to add the crystal pendant for a little extra touch of witch vibing. Anyway, I have not been feeling well the last two days and as I am doing this post I am still trying to convince myself I will be for the new year. Really hoping.
