Tough Love

Had a pleasure of shooting my cousin Vida in her underwear. Though there's so much revealed I tried to make sure each photos does not border obscenity, which I gladly did. Shooting people in underwear is a bit hard because of how people might react to it, also the sensitivity attached to it, that's why I assured her that I'll try and bring art more. This shoot tells so much about my cousin's persona. She is in many different levels rebellious, also she is the kind of person that what-you-see-is-what-you-get, and more importantly she is the kind that won't really mind on what you think of her (the characteristic I adore of her), no matter how bad you think of her she's just going to be like "I don't care!". She also has this undying confidence within her, that illuminates in whatever she does or even in whatever she wears. Truth be told, it is better to see a person show who she really is and be hated for it than be loved for something they lied about.

Feeling Alive

*cue Lana Del Rey's Summertime Sadness* I don't know why but my summer always starts dry and boring. Not blaming it on summer though, but most of the time I just refuse to put myself out to the beach. Anyway here is another imagery series, this time featuring my cousin, Mandy, who I constantly shoot. This can be considered a throwback post as I have posted these photos on my tumblr blog before, for these were taken late last year. But because it is summer, thought it would be fitting to post it again here.   

Have been looking for places to shoot my outfits because it has nothing but the "Miles" wall. Getting really bored with it. Just so overused at this point.

Livin' The Higher Life

Thought of posting some of my imagery "works" here. I just happened to have same amount of love for fashion and photography. It's something I love doing and it is also something I do with love. It's the same joy when I take photographs to when I dress up. Anyway, first post of my "work" features two of my blockmates- Mhico and Abigail. Everything was impromptu, this shoot was not planned at all. But you know what they say, sometimes the best things in life happen when least expected. Also, will be posting some of my past "works" in the days to come.
