Ordinary Matters

I would be lying if I told you I was not all worried to not have been blogging for the past three weeks. I felt so unproductive. Thankfully and let the all the angels sing their hymn, I am back. Although, a lot was in the way to have me back in this position, I couldn't be more overwhelmed to be doing another full outfit post. More than elated.
 

One of the things I enjoy most doing is letting caffeine into my system over a mouthful of unheard stories with friends. It just seems to be the most enjoyable and relaxing thing to do. Furthermore, in terms of outfit, sometimes I'd go the laid-back route or if not I'd go to what I consider the norm (sometimes I just really exaggerate the "norm"). Take this look for example, it's probably too dressy for a coffee date but sometimes you just have to, especially if your the idealistic type and thinks you can find love on a  coffee shop. You have to dress up for that stranger. Lol. What am I even talking about? Anyway, you may have seen this look in my "On Instagram" post, but I took it up a notch by overlaying the White boxy crop top to a mesh button-up. It just created a different vibe to the whole look. In case you're wondering, I made this top myself and I'm planning to create more tops like this in different colors and prints. To add a more youthful vibe to the look I wore these really cute socks with ruffles and paired it to my patent oxfords. Enough to balance that whole grunge and prep vibe. Anyway, stick around as I have (finally) more looks to post now.
