Fearful Symmetry

It's actually refreshing to see colors again in my looks, I've been letting myself be drenched with black and whites for the past weeks as it is, for me, the perfect color for the rainy season. Anyway, adding a color to pop from the neutral palette doesn't hurt at all, in fact, it may sometimes be the best option to add impact to your look. Just like in this case, see how vibrant the color of the top is and how in contrast it is from the neutral palette of the button-up and pants. 

I know I say "this is one of my favorite looks" a lot, but this actually is. I love the balance of how formal but casual the look is. Decided to add the tiger printed shirt, which is a favorite in my closet, to simmer down what was already too formal looking. I mean, I didn't want to go to school looking all too proper, so adding a shirt with a print would be the best option if you want to tone down a really formal look. Anyway, school is starting to become stressful with all the plates and exams, but still so glad to have accomplished all the things needed to for this week. Student duties hurt sometimes.
